More than 1,000,000 branded mugs have gone out our door since 2003, across over 5,000 individual jobs. MugsOnly is the dedicated drinkware site of the PromotionsOnly group, based in Lane Cove, Sydney. If it holds a hot drink and carries a logo, it is our business.
Our best seller is the classic branded coffee mug, the one that ends up on the same desk every morning for years. Beyond that the range covers carry cups for coffee on the move and metal mugs for worksites, camping brands and anywhere ceramic will not survive.
Four ways to brand a mug
Not all mug branding is equal, and we offer every method because each one earns its place. Standard printing through low fire ovens is the economical choice for simple logos. High fire decals are fired right into the glaze, which is what makes them genuinely dishwasher safe for the life of the mug. Full colour sublimation reproduces photographs and complex artwork edge to edge. And engraving gives metal mugs a branded finish that cannot chip or fade. We will tell you which method suits your artwork and your budget rather than pushing the one that suits us.
Short runs and custom manufacture
We use local Australian factories for short runs when you need stock decorated quickly, with standard production at two weeks. For larger volumes and fully custom work we go factory direct through overseas manufacturing contacts we have built over two decades. That is how we produce mugs made to your exact specification, from custom shapes and colour glazes through to matched packaging, at prices a catalogue reseller cannot reach. Custom manufacture runs to longer lead times, so talk to us early if you are planning around a launch date.
Who we supply
Our mugs end up in the office kitchens of companies like Unilever, Konica Minolta and NAB, in cafe retail displays, in real estate settlement gifts and in club fundraising drives. We also welcome resellers, and a good share of our volume ships white labelled through promotional distributors who trust our production standards with their own clients.
Our story
PromotionsOnly started out in 2003 in a home office, took its first proper premises in North Ryde, and has called Lane Cove home since 2005. The founding idea was simple and, at the time, mildly radical: put the prices on the website, from the very first day it went live. When the rest of the industry made you ring around for quotes, we let buyers see exactly what they would pay, and that transparency is still how we operate. The group has since supplied more than 150 million branded products, combines a Sydney team with its own sourcing office in China, and can source upwards of 2 million promotional products, of which the humble mug remains one of the most ordered.
A few good causes
For more than 15 years, a monthly donation has gone from this business to WWF, Sea Shepherd, Médecins Sans Frontières, Monika's Doggie Rescue in Sydney and World Vision, where two sponsored children are part of the family. We have also supported the Humpty Dumpty Foundation for over ten years with product supplied at cost or donated. Registered charities get a discount off the prices on this site. Ask and it is yours.
