Personalised Coffee Mugs For Australia Wide Delivery

When it comes to personalised coffee mugs there are several things to take into consideration before you get them delivered. Courier costs now makes it economical to deliver anywhere in Australia, bit before you place your order be sure you have looked into the following points.

Firstly there’s the colour of the mug and the print colour. This might sound like a simple thing, but print colours are more restrictive when it comes to ceramics, compared to other products. If you want a black mug, then you need a dense pigment such as silver or gold. If you try to use colours such as a light blue, green or similar, the print gets affected by the colour of the mug, so they would become quite muddy. Of you want a lighter style colour you are better with a more neutral coloured coffee mug.

Secondly you need to consider the print area on the mugs. If they are straight sided there is a strong chance you can do a wrap print that goes all the way around. The benefit of this is usually you pay no more money for this compared to a one sided print, so if you have a lot of information you want to get on it, then look for straight sides.

The third thing to ask is whether the mug has been kiln fired. This helps cure the ink onto the ceramic so there is no fading when they are washed. Some places offer very cheap ceramic mugs, but the reason for this is they are pad printed and then no curing. It is a much cheaper way to do printed mugs, but in the long run will give you an inferior product
